Be it resolved by the Board of Directors for Public Water Supply District #1 of Lincoln County, Missouri, that the rules and regulations in which water and sewer service will be provided to the customers of the Public Water Supply District #1 of Lincoln County, Missouri water and sewer system are hereby set forth. These rules and regulations provide for orderly service and system uses, sets standards for connections to the system, sets rates and charges, provides for conservation and protection of drinking water, sets conditions of sewer discharges, sets penalties for violations and other matters relating thereto.
